AREA SALES MANAGERS

As part of SVS’s expansion plans  we are advertising for Area Sales Managers..

The following advertisement has appeared in the Irish Times, Sunday Independent and Irish Independent.

Founded in 1992 SVS is a leading distributor of consumable products and equipment to the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries. Due to our continued expansion we now require two Area Managers to build, manage and service the business in our Southern and Eastern regions.

The candidates will be highly motivated, self starters and commercially focused individuals with relevant experience in and knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Laboratory or similarly highly regulated sectors.
The potential candidates should:

- Have 5-6 years experience in sales/servicing to the above mentioned industries.

- Be able to clearly demonstrate their business development acumen and work to specific targets and timelines.

- Have excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Have the ability to both build and maintain strong business partnerships.

The successful candidates will report to the General Manager and will be offered an attractive package commensurate to the importance of these positions including company car, mobile phone, laptop, health insurance and pension.

New General Manager

As a continuing part of their expension plans  SVS are delighted to announce the appointment of John Hackett as General Manager.

John has worked in a number of sales and marketing positions with International companies such as Heineken, Hiram Walker Allied Lyons and Waterford Wedgwood and for the past number of years has been Managing Director of Medentech Ltd a GMP producer and marketer of tablet products to the Human and Animal health care and horticulture markets.

Tronex

SVS are a key partner of Tronex Inc and together they are pleased to announce the launch of the Tronex Hardwire Cutter range.

This range has been specifically developed for the cutting of Hard Wire such as stainless steel etc with a hardness of 62 to 68 HRC and can be used in several industries such as Medical Device, Tungsten Electrode manufacturing and the jewellery industry.
